bear-cartek does not provide equipment diagnostic service by phone.
Below are the service options for ALIGNMENT equipment:
Option 1:
Send equipment to the equipment depot for repair.

Using the service depot requires the following:
- User pays shipping cost to and from the equipment depot.
- Diagnostic fee of $200.00 will be charged to assess issues with equipment.
- Once diagnosis is made, service depot personnel will contact customer with service plan including quotation of parts needing replacement, equipment calibration etc.
Option 2:
rEMOTE ACCESS
User with Windows 10 computer is connected with a technician who will remotely access computer to assist with aligner issues or assist with software installation.
- Once diagnosis is made, service personnel will contact customer with service plan including quotation of parts needing replacement.
*NOTE* If it is determined that precision service parts such as cameras, main PCBA boards etc. need to be replaced, a calibration will be needed. Calibrations must be performed using a calibration bar. If the end user does not have a calibration bar, the calibration must be performed by a certified technician.
Remote access charge: $150.00 plus any additional service equipment needed for repair.
